Group Fitness Schedule

TRX is a suspension workout using straps and your own body weight as resistance. This workout builds strength, flexibility, core stability and power. TRX is scalable to all levels of fitness and intensity which is why we can offer a TRX workout, as well as a TRX 101 workout for beginners.

Rock UR Body is a fitness class for both dancers and non-dancers. It's a total body workout, infusing cardiovascular exercise with muscle toning body movements to burn up to 1000 calories. You have so much fun learning a new routine each week that you don't realize how hard you are working both physically and mentally. Rock UR Body is a WORKOUT that seems like a NIGHT OUT!

SPARK: This class is sure to ignite a fire! High energy cardio work, muscle conditioning in a very diverse and frequently changing class. Spark will keep you moving, sweating and working toward the best physical shape of your life.

One And Done: Get it all done in one hour! Cardio, full-body strength training, and core conditioning are all incorporated in this 60 minute workout. Elements of plyometrics, functional training, boxing, calisthenics and traditional strength training are all included.

Zumba: Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.

Hard Core Intense Intervals: This intense class will push you to your limits.We will perform long bursts of intense exercises with short periods of rest, mixing aerobic and anaerobic exercises. You will be constantly challenged for this 50 minute class. Helping you to achieve an incredible cardio fitness level along with strong muscles and a super fit core.

3/4 Hour Power: Total body workout! You will hit all the body parts as you mix intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning using weights, bands/tubing and bars. You'll burn calories and build strength and stamina

Bodies In Motion: This class is designed to keep you active!  Join Janet in a fun workout designed to help you keep mobility, improve balance and work through aches and pains.  Accredited by the American Arthritis Foundation.
