TRX is a suspension workout using straps and your own body weight as resistance. This workout builds strength, flexibility, core stability and power. TRX is scalable to all levels of fitness and intensity which is why we can offer a TRX workout, as well as a TRX 101 workout for beginners.

PILATES is a mind-body system of exercises that enhance control, precision, strength, and flexibility with a strong focus on the core muscles. Whether you are rehabbing from an injury, have a chronic condition, are sore and unfocused, or you just want to workout, PILATES is for you.

BODYCOMBAT combines moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi, and kickboxing. It is a fiercely energetic experience taught in a safe and simplistic manner. Designed to fight fat and kick calories, it is a great cardiovascular workout that's all out fun.

Our Other Classes

Tabata: Thirty mintutes of high intensity cardio and strength!  Named after the doc that designed the workout, classes are typically 4 minute circuits - 20-seconds of work to 10-seconds of rest for four minutes at a time.  

HIIT Bootcamp: HIIT Boot Camp is a combination of high intensity cardio and strength drills.  The exercises are different each week so you're sure to be challenged, increase your fitness level and torch calories. Most drills can be modified to suit participants desires intensity level. 

Zumba: Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.

POUND: POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 30-minute series. Burn calories, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique - all while rocking out to your favorite music!
